Efficient scale inhibition: With innovative formulas, it has excellent inhibition ability for common scale types in hydrogenation units, such as metal salt scale formed by metal impurities (such as iron, nickel, vanadium, etc.) in raw oil, polymer scale generated by unsaturated hydrocarbon polymerization, and ammonium salt scale caused by impurities in circulating hydrogen. It can significantly reduce the scaling rate, with a scale inhibition rate of over 90%, greatly extending the cleaning cycle of equipment and reducing the number of unplanned shutdowns caused by scaling.

Excellent dispersion performance: Has excellent dispersion ability, can stably disperse the generated small scale particles in the material, prevent them from further agglomeration and adhering to the equipment surface, effectively maintain the fluidity of the material, avoid system failures caused by local blockage, and ensure stable fluid transportation in the hydrogenation unit.

During the heat exchange process, due to temperature changes and complex material composition, the surface of the heat exchanger tube bundle is prone to scaling, which affects the heat transfer efficiency. The use of this scale inhibitor can effectively inhibit the formation of scale layers, maintain the efficient operation of the heat exchanger, ensure the reasonable transfer and recovery of heat, and reduce the energy consumption of the device.

Pipeline system: Connect the raw oil pipelines, hydrogen pipelines, reaction product pipelines, etc. of various equipment in the hydrogenation unit.
