It effectively neutralizes acidic substances such as hydrogen chloride and hydrogen sulfide in the distillate at the top of the tower and in the quench water system, reducing the corrosion of equipment at the top of the tower.

Process medium inside the tower: Used to adjust the acidity and alkalinity of crude oil and distillate oil in the tower, ensuring that the acidity and alkalinity of the process medium will not cause corrosion to the tower body and internal components during the distillation process, and ensuring the stability of the distillation process.

Condensate water system: Neutralize the condensate water of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the quench water of the ethylene unit to achieve a suitable pH range, avoiding corrosion of downstream equipment and pipelines caused by acidic condensate water and quench water.
